Our purpose is to teach the skills and techniques of the sport of Wrestling.

In doing so, developing and demonstrating qualities of: initiative, persistence, diligence, courage, fairness, honor, responsibility, self-confidence and self-control. Winning is to be kept in the proper perspective by the kids, coaches and parents.

Try Wrestling Night is an opportunity to try it out and hang with your friends... and this year we are taking it to a new level!!

All Wrestlers, New and Returning Need To Register If Attending The Event!

Parents, Lots of new changes this year.. we will also be giving a new Pre-Season info presentation for all parents that are attending the event.  We encourage you to attend.

Bring a friend who hasn’t wrestled before, and you BOTH get entered into prize drawings.

Dress in a t-shirt, gym shorts, and gym shoes (not outside shoes). Show up around 5:30 as we will start AT 6pm, either by yourself or with a friend and check in.  Preregistration is recommended but not required.  You can register via the registration link onsite.

There is no cost for this event!

At check-in you will then get a raffle ticket. At the end of the night, we will draw for prizes (must be present to win). Parents of both new and returning wrestlers are asked to stay during this event in the High School Auditorium where they will learn about the sport, what nights of the week their kids should attend practice (new schedule this year), and what to expect for parental commitments.

Children will move through stations that will showcase the different aspects of wrestling.  

You do not need to be in the same grade as your friend you bring, and you will get to stick together through the stations.

Bring a friend who hasn’t wrestled before to Try Wrestling Night!
